Through our ‘Mind & Muscle’ collection, we give back to mental health charities, so every purchase helps make a difference in the lives of others. Lyft Collective is about lifting weights, lifting each other up, and lifting mental health awareness.

Are The Lyft Collective’s Lifting Straps only for experienced lifters?
Not at all! The Lyft Collective’s lifting straps are designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned lifters. We believe in supporting all fitness journeys, regardless of experience level. Our straps are crafted to offer comfort, support, and ease of use, making them a great addition whether you're lifting for the first time or looking to enhance your heavy lifts.

When will I get my order?
For UK orders, If ordered before 1pm, your order will be dispatched to reach you the next working day. For international orders, please see our international shipping section.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer worldwide delivery, up to 200 countries. If you would like to enquire about a specific country, please get in touch.
We kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days from dispatch to receive your order. This is only an estimate, and can be much quicker, or longer. Please get in touch if you are worried about an order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all UK orders have free shipping included.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been picked up by our shipping provider, you will receive notifications via email, with instructions on how to track your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Due to all products being 'made to order', it is unlikely that you will be able to cancel your order. We do advise that you contact us at the earliest opportunity to cancel your order. If production has already commenced, we are unable to cancel your order.
How do I apply a discount code at checkout?
A discount code field will appear at the checkout stage where payment information is entered.
What if my Lifting Straps break?
We offer a 'Lifetime Guarantee', where all products are designed to last for the entirety of your life. Our Lifetime Guarantee lasts 25 years from the date of receiving your product(s). In the rare occasion where you may encounter a fault or malfunction with our products, we will replace the faulty product if this fails at no fault of your own.
Can I return or exchange my lifting straps if they don’t meet my expectations?
As all products are 'made to order', we do not accept returns on any products.

Choose from 8 strap colors, 8 unique font styles, and over 40 thread colors to create a design that perfectly matches your style and motivation. Whether you're looking for bold, bright colors or a more understated look, our personalization options make it easy to create straps that feel uniquely yours.
Are there any restrictions on characters or words?
For our personalised lifting straps, we have a character limit of 15 characters including spaces. We have no restrictions on words used.
What colour options are available for each straps?
We have 8 different strap colours, and over 40 thread colours.
