These terms and conditions ('the Terms') govern the users ('you' or 'your') use of the website ('the Website') and your relationship with: The Lyft Collective (trading as www.TheLyftCollective.co.uk) whose registered office is at 15 Gresley Close, Daventry, Northants, NN11 8RZ. By gaining access and choosing to peruse this website, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on the 1st of November 2024.

 

1.Amendments

(1.1) We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be notified to you via our website. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to use the website.

 

2.Registration

(2.1) By Registering, you agree that the personal information you input when creating an account is true, accurate, current and complete. Products purchased on this site are for private and domestic use only, and we only authorise re-sale from approved retailers or agreed stockists.

 

3.Privacy Policy

(3.1) We agree to treat your personal information as confidential, and will only use this in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

When you shop on this website, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as name, email addresses, delivery details and payment information. We agree that this information will be used only for the agreed purpose and not distributed otherwise.

 

4.Compliance

(4.1) This Website (www.TheLyftCollective.co.uk) may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree not to upload any computer viruses or anything else designed to interfere or disrupt operating procedures of this website; and any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene character.

 

5.Orders

(5.1) All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is placed, and the goods are not available we will notify you at the earliest opportunity. You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Any orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods which we have the right to reject. You agree that any confirmation email of your purchase does not amount to our acceptance of your purchase. The sale contract begins when we either take payment from your chosen payment method, or, dispatch your goods.

 

(5.2) We accept no liability for incorrect information inputted by yourself. This includes delivery and payment information.

 

6.Cancellation Rights

(6.1) Due to all products being 'made to order', it is unlikely that you will be able to cancel your order. We do advise that you contact us at the earliest opportunity to cancel your order. If production has already commenced, we are unable to cancel your order.

 

7.Money-back & Lifetime Guarantee

(7.1) We offer a 'Lifetime Guarantee', where all products are designed to last for the entirety of your life. Our Lifetime Guarantee lasts 25 years from the date of receiving your product(s).  We do not take accountability for products damaged by misuse, neglect or damaged not caused by normal usage. We advise that you use your products for the intended use to avoid harm or injury. If you are unsure of how a product works, please message our team.

(7.2) In the rare occasion where you may encounter a fault or malfunction with our products, we will replace the faulty product if this fails at no fault of your own. 

 

8.Prices and Payment

(8.1) All prices advertised on our website are inclusive of VAT (only where applicable).

(8.2) We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, without any notice to you. You are liable for checking the price shown at the payment section. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a technical error has occurred, such as incorrect pricing.

 

9.Taxes and Additional Fees

(9.1) If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, there are no additional taxes that you may be subject to.

(9.2) If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, you may be liable for additional taxes, charges, and customs fees. This can vary from country to country, and is subject to change at any time. We advise that you contact your local customs office you further information. We do not cover additional costs, and you agree that these are borne by you.

 

10.Promotions

(10.1) All promotions and offers are subject to availability, and whilst stocks last. Multiple discount codes cannot be used at once, and we advise that you check the discount is applied before checking out. Offers available for first-time buyers are one use only, and abuse of this will lead to account deletion.

(10.2) If you redeem a free gift due to an offer, and you wish to return part or the full original order, you are obliged to return the free gift to us. Failure to do so may result in your refund not being processed.

(10.3) All products part of a 'set' or 'bundle' are excluded from on-site discount codes.

 

11.Gift Vouchers

(11.1) Gift vouchers can be used to buy any item on www.TheLyftCollective.co.uk without any exclusions. Vouchers can be redeemed at checkout using your unique code provided in the email. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

12.Returns Policy

(12.1) We reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on the 1st of November 2024. As all products are 'made to order', we do not accept returns on any products.

 

(12.3) We do advise that upon receipt, you check product specification before use, and to contact us at your earliest opportunity to advise of any error which may occur. These can be reported to us via our Social Media pages (listed here), or via our contact form. 

 

(12.4) Our Returns Policy does not impact your Statutory Rights. Further information can be found here: www.gov.uk

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product damaged, faulty or receive an incorrect item, it is your responsibility to advise us at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve the issue as quick as possible. 

 

 

13.Privacy Policy

(13.1) We have a strict Privacy Policy which all members of Hunter Hounds agree to comply with. We agree to not distribute your data to third party companies (unless agreed otherwise), and to treat your data with the upmost of privacy.

How Long we Retain your Data

We obtain your data for as long as you contact us to advise that you want your data deleted.

How we Use your Data

If you create an account, or place an order, you can opt in to save personal information for ease of use at your next purchase. You do not have to agree to this, and this can be changed by clicking 'remember me'.

What right you have over your Data

If you do wish to receive a transcript of your data, upon request we can provide this subject to security checks. Upon request we can also delete account data which you do not wish that we withhold.
